American Indian Education Centers in California are authorized by California Education Code, Article 6, sections 33380-33383. Center staff assist schools with professional development, counseling, tutorial services, or parent education. They also provide supplemental and extended day instructional programs to meet the needs of American Indian students.

Silicon Valley Community by providing resource services for emergency shelter,
food assistance, soup kitchen locations, transitional housing, self-sufficiency
services, homeless prevention, homelessness shelters, food pantries, senior
centers, domestic violence hotlines, domestic violence immediate help, shelters
for women, food for the poor, community outreach services, and job training for
the homeless and other community members in crisis. We strongly desire to
